Support Services (non-S/LRR) members in the Northern jurisdiction will receive two ballots: Bargaining Committee At Large-North and Bargaining Committee At Large-Support Services.
Support Services (non-S/LRR) members in the Southern jurisdiction will receive two ballots: Bargaining Committee At Large-Support Services and Vice President South.
S/LRRs in the Northern jurisdiction will receive one ballot: Bargaining Committee At Large-North.
S/LRRs in the Southern jurisdiction will receive one ballot: Vice President South.
Please return your ballots. Ballots must be postmarked by March 9, 2024.
The directions for the election are as follows:
- Employees who are members as of the date ballots are mailed are eligible to vote.
- A vote is made by making a clear [ X ] in the box next to the name of the selected candidate; or next to the yes or no box, in the event of a recall. You must not mark the ballot in any way which could identify you.
- Mark your ballot in ink. Do not make any other marks on the ballot.
- Place the marked ballot in the small ballot envelope and seal it. Do not write or otherwise mark on the ballot envelope. DO NOT SIGN THE SMALL ENVELOPE.
- Place the small ballot envelope in the return envelope provided. Print your name on the back of the (large) return envelope in the space provided. If your name is not readable, the vote will not be counted.
- Ballots must be received by the specified date below. IMPORTANT: YOUR VOTE WILL NOT BE COUNTED IF ANY OF THE ABOVE ARE NOT FOLLOWED.
- Please only use the ballots enclosed. The ballots may not be duplicated. The close of the election is midnight, March 9, 2024.

The election committee pre-addressed the return envelope for your convenience. All ballots must be in the small ballot envelope and be postmarked by the date above to be counted in accordance with AEU Bylaws. Please, do not mark the small ballot envelope.
