Dear AEU Members,
In accordance with the AEU Constitution and Bylaws, nominations are now open for the offices of: Chief Steward North and Chief Steward South.
All nominations must be made by a member in good standing, other than the nominee, in the designated jurisdiction. The nominations are to be postmarked or emailed prior to the close of nominations, which is midnight, May 23, 2024, and mailed submissions must be received no later than 5 days after the close of nominations.
Please use the form on the reverse of this notification to nominate an eligible member. This nomination form may be duplicated.

Pursuant to Executive Board Policy 9.1.3, nomination forms can be accepted via email. Please send a scanned copy of the completed nomination form to aeu4mcar@gmail.com by the close of nominations.
FOR THE JURISDICTIONAL OFFICES/POSITIONS, MEMBERS IN THE NORTH MAY ONLY NOMINATE OTHER MEMBERS FROM THE NORTH, MEMBERS IN THE SOUTH MAY ONLY NOMINATE MEMBERS FROM THE SOUTH, AND ONLY SUPPORT STAFF MAY NOMINATE FOR THE SUPPORT SERVICES BARGAINING TEAM POSITION.
